The house

The apartment was completely renovated in April 2024. The style is modern and comfortable.

Internally the house consists of 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin), a bathroom with shower, kitchen dining area and a small living room.
Fully air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito nets.

Externally equipped with a pleasant outdoor area with barbecue, dining table with chairs.

Lacona

You will love Lacona and the holiday atmosphere that you breathe.

Just outside the gate of the facility, you will find pizzerias, bars and restaurants.

You can reach Lacona Beach with just 300 steps on foot. The beach is perfect for children: sandy with a very shallow seabed, making it safe for them to play.

Within a few minutes by car, you can reach Norsi Beach, Laconella, and Lido di Capoliveri.

The accommodation was top renovated and very nicely located with a garden, we also had a barbecue and enjoyed eating in the garden. In the bright apartment, which is nicely furnished, we felt very comfortable and Mageritha and her husband were always there for us, always helped quickly to solve any problems, e.g. our car had to go to the garage. The location is also great, as you are quickly on the beach and can make good excursions from there...Directly adjacent to the property with the vacation home is a campsite with a play and water area for children which you can also hear, as well as the road during the day. The great island, the beautiful house, the nice people, the great weather gave us 2 wonderful vacation weeks. Many thanks

We felt very welcomed with our 1-year-old in the Moletto House. Margherita was there when we arrived and explained/showed us everything. Before and during our stay she responded quickly to our messages. We really enjoyed our stay in the house: we felt at home. There was a baby bed and high chair when we arrived. The beach is within walking distance and the neighborhood is quiet at night. There are no mosquito bites inside: there are nets at every window. We would have returned anytime.
